Some great new releases of tech manuals this time around for those who model plastic or resin.

For those who have the two Resicast dozers or have just purchased the new VLS dozer kit:
T027 TM 9-1773, Heavy Tractor M1, Caterpillar D7, 183 page manual with 319 scans. Also contains TM 5-1224 Angledozer, Tractor-Mounting,
Cable-Operated, LeTourneau, TM 5-1580 Cable Operated LeTourneau Model X-7 and TM 5-9282 Power Control Unit. $20

And if you're finally ready to really super-detail the Tamiya or Italeri kits:
T028 TM 9-743, Light Armored Car M8 and Armored Utility Car M20, 259 page manual with 355 scans. Also included are 30 photos of a restored M8 at Hubbard, OH. $20

For those of you who can't wait for the AFV Club kit, here's a head start:
T029 TM 9-747, 155-mm Gun Motor Carriage M40 and 8-in. Howitzer Motor
Carriage M43, 365 page manual with 465 scans. $20

Last, but not least, I am pleased to announce a new line of CDs. The "H" line will consist of collections of period WWII unit histories. These histories are a great source of information and photos. The photos are almost all taken by unit members and not the same Signal Corps photos seen elsewhere. These will be an outstanding resource for the vehicle builder or the dioramist.
H001 Engineer Unit Histories #1, Contains copies of ten original Engineer unit histories from WWII: 70th Light Ponton Co, 245th ECB, 275th ECB, 296th ECB, 303rd ECB, 320th ECB, 335th ECB, 540th Engineer Group, 540th Engineer Group and the 1263rd ECB. Also includes a copy of an Engineer Training Notebook for the Engineer Replacement Training Center at Ft.Belvoir, Va. $25

Please don't forget these other recent releases:

T022 TM 9-341, 240-mm Howitzer
T024 TM 9-735, Heavy Tank T26E3, Pershing
T025 TM 9-802, GMC DUKW-353
T026 TM 9-772, Weasel

Hope to hear from you,
Mike
