| I'm back from four weeks at the Univ. of Ala. Heart Transplant Center in Birmingham, getting tests and other things done prior to getting a new heart. Just waiting for the phone call to go and get it installed. As for the Tasca kits, I got a box in Tuesday from my distributor with five kits so Ray's and John's kits are in the mail as of this afternoon. I also got to mail out the "May 1945 The War in Czech Lands" books to those who'd pre-ordered today. Thanks to all for their patience, especially for those who ordered the Luchs. Frankly I can't see anything in the kit to justify a $60-$65 price tag. I kinda felt guilty charging $40! That pretty much was my cost plus a couple of bucks for gas to the post office. The kit is a beauty but about equal to Tamiya's best for quality. One piece vinyl tracks, too. The details are crisp but still it ain't worth $65! |
