I have been ordering from Model Point US for a while now. They have a policy of not charging for the items until they ship. Well my most recent order was lost by the US Postal Service. I realized something was wrong when the charges appeared on my credit card stamement and the transaction date was some three weeks past. I contacted MP and they quickly replaced the order. Great customer service wins my vote anytime. Just thought I would share that with everyone.
