Hi Guys,
I'm in the process of scratchbuilding a Magirus M206(Kfz.61) Radio truck.I made a master wheel/tire to cast a set but am having a hell of a time getting a decent cast. The tires the truck used were really knobby (way cool) and I couldn't find any thing close already available. Its a 2 part mold,(#4 ive already destroyed the first 3)I'm using Alumilite rubber and resins and following all the directions to the T. As an option does anybody know a place I might be able to send the tire and have someone with the proper knowledge/equipment cast them for me. Thanks for any help you may have to offer! Paul |
