Not exactly sure of your materials. I am useing GI 1000 as my mold material which is a silicon base rubber. One issue I have on the first couple of pops out of the mold is silicon leaches out of the mold and gives me a texture onthe first pour or two.

How many pours are you doing on the mold before you try making a new mold. It could be that your rubber has a long "Breaking in" time. You may want to clean the mold thoroughly with alcohol allow it to dry and try pouring the resin again.
