Easiest method on band tracks, with no visible pins or obstructions.
pack out the space between the track and the fender above with anything at all, such as cotton wool or play doh, until you have the desired shape.
Then point a hairdryer at it for a short time. Let it cool and remove the packing. The track is now reset to that shape.
Not too close , not too hot.
