| Hi Brian.The page is 111 and what I see are plate's that are inter locked and butt welded.....The way I would mimic this is with plastic rod or streched sprue softened with Tenex or any liquid glue.Dab it with an xacto blade to form the bead's.On the real vehicle this weld would have been beveld on both side's root welded and filled out with a slight crown or cover pass.I can see that this weld look's very nice compared to other's of that time both Russian and German.By the way I for one would like to see your work..........John |
