HI Tim

I wonder if you might just have to bite the bullet and go razor saw / Dremel??

It sounds like you're going to end up losing lots of fine pieces if you try a solvent approach, and if the glue really melted the plastic to bond it, then the only solvents that work will melt the plastic...

I suppose a dunk in brake fluid is worth a shot before you start cutting... But I bet that'll just send you back to having all sorts of loose little pieces, a ruined paint job, and the wrong suspension on the TD.
