Hi Tim,
I would suggest trying to pry them off using small lengths of wood, such as basswood scrap, disposable chopsticks or BBQ skewers. The idea of using wood is to minimize the amount of damage to the adjacent plastic model components. Just wedge the lengths of wood between the hull and the bogies and then lever them off - Just watch out for bolt heads - These will 'squash' pretty readily...
