I've emailed Jay at TWS to alert him to this problem and see if he or Karl have any references that they based this particular configuration on. But my hunch is they saw the opportunity to take a very good turret from AFV Club and drop it onto an "enhanced" Dragon hull, and weren't aware of the suspension situation.
I think I'll have a double shot of medicinal scotch tonight and look that Dragon kit over. Maybe sacrifice a goat and examine its entrails....
