I was reminded by a post on another site that I meant to give Dragon Care a pat on the back. Shortly after the first post in this thread, I emailed DC. The reply was swift and courteous. For a minimal charge they replaced the parts that I had damaged, making whole the donor kit which I had used to fix the damage. I had the parts within a week of the first email. As long as this service continues, it is a major plus for the company.

FWIW, John
