I have started building my Tamiya Marder III. So far it has been enjoyable
project and is proceeding rapidly. The multi part hull works well, though I
would suggest dry fitting B5 into the hull before the rear joins are dry to
make sure every thing is square. I did not have an problems with it but took
this precaution due to previous encounters with multi part hulls.

The thing that I want to bring to interested parities attention, is that the
Modelkasten tracks do not fit on the Tamiya sprocket, being to wide, and
difficult to reduce the inner dimensions. The Idler is fine if the inner
face is reduced. The Modelkasten Sprocket and Idler set id the answer, but
they need modification to themselves and the kit to fit. Maybe someone can
let us know how the Fruil tracks fit.
regards,
Trevor Ware
