That's an M4 medium tank. If you jsut want to build a kit, and dont mind accuracy, Tamiya M4
If you want to build one kit and care about accuracy, Tamiya M4 plus tweaks. See www.usarmymodels.com
If you want an easier solution, DML Sherman III with rear deck conversion, eg from Formatiosn.
