| I have a piece of 3/8" (10 mm) glass, about 8" (200 mm) square. I do the majority of my work on it. It makes an excellant cutting and folding surface for PE, it's flat and square for cutting plastic or assemblies, I can get any kind of glue or paint on it and scrape it clean when it's dry. I've used the same piece for about 20 years; I got it as a scrap from a glass shop. A very cheap and worthwhile investment. |
