Don't forget to check out branches of Poundland if you have one in your area, great source of bits, and all for £1 surprisingly !!! also Maplins do cutters, mats, files, drills etc.
little-cars.com goes to a lot of model shows in the UK and has a web site.
You can get good tweezers, the self holding type at good prices, files, brass faced pliers for PE work, all at reasonable prices.
Last time I looked the site was pretty bland, just listings but if you know what you want its just a case of seeing it and checking the price.
