Hello Patrizio
Nowadays you don't have to resort to parsley or any other kitchen herbs since Kamizukuri came to the rescue with laser-cut paper leaves.
These leaves come in different varieties like oak, linden, maple and more. They are extremely realistic and highly recommended.
Here's a pic of a tree I made with these leaves some months ago to give you a good impression on what can be achieved.
When you just need branches for camo on vehicles one Kamizukuri sheet should be enough to cover three medium sized trucks or two Shermans with a lot of foliage. When making a tree I would suggest to use two sheets otherwise the average 1/35 tree might look a bit bare, especially in a summer setting.
Please see the site of Tasca for further information, pictures and ordering.
I have submitted three Reviews on Kamizukuri products last August here on TL; unfortunately these are still on 'hold'...
Happy Modelling
