The others have given you some options and I'll give you another.
The Brits had M32B2 (correct me if I'm wrong on the A2 designation for an M32) in NWE and I know of one pic in service with 15/19 Kings Royal Hussars in 1945 - its in "The Black Bull" by Patrick Delaforce.
A use for the M4A1 large hatch hull is as 2nd Armd Bde Fascine carrier or "Bolster" which carried the engineer parties for Fascine work (forerunner to the Kangaroo). Pictures of the Fascine carrier are in British Armour in Italy - Concord 7068 by Dennis Oliver.
