Depends on what you want. For me, gluing is more than just getting the parts to adhere. There's the aroma, the abiance, the lasting sense of happiness, ... :) OK, that's a little strange.
Seriously, I use the slow setting CA you can buy in hobby shops. The Krazy Glue type in hardware stores seems goopy and inconsistent. I have friend who swears by the Woodland Scenics Product called 'Scenic Cement' which is typically used for ground work. I haven't tried it yet but it's some strong stuf on the ground work.
