I don't have the Minimite but for all my Dremel tools I use their special bits: cutting bits, grinding bits, carving bits, etc. They have different shaft diameters and the tools use a system of collets to clamp the shaft. These bits are readily available from the big box home improvement stores and from hobby stores. Don't buy the "100 accessories" kits as you will only use a few of them. I have a few cutting bits, some carbide disk bits and a grinding bit or two. They do wear out so you have to replace them occasionally. Look for the smaller bits and Remember, always wear these, safety glasses.
