I envy you having riden in it! They declined my request for a personal close-up photo documentation.

Would you happen to have access to images of the suspension and/or interior? I could use more data in these areas.

The EFV project has been underway for a long time and has certainly been plagued with problems for a number of reasons. The functional parameter bar was set very high.

My understanding is that the design team is resisting congress' desire to incorporate an anti-IED 'V' hull bottom. They are preparing an up-armored alternative that preserves most of the current configuration. The production version may look very much like the current prototype but who knows? That's part of what makes this subject so interesting.
