I bought one ages ago from the now defunct VLS. The one I got had European style plugs which I cut off, and instead I hooked it up to a model train transformer.

Honestly, you can do about the same thing with an X-Acto hot knife and/or a soldering pencil, if you customize the tip. Its just a hot handle with a needle tip, You can fix a sharpened nail or cut down knife blade into a hot knife handle and do the same thing. The tool I bought is also very similar to a wood burner. They have some pointy tips for wood burners too.
