i dig your camo jobs. i'm constantly suffering with spatter from my double-action Paasche. i have a cruddy old badger air compressor with a moisture trap and regulator, and usually spray at around 10 to 15 psi, or up to 20 if the paint is real thin. anyhow, what set-up are you using? how much pressure are you spraying at and how thin is your paint? i know they say to have it at "the consistancy of milk" but that means nothing to me since i dont usually have a cup of milk next to me to compare my paint to.
