Hi Jonathon

I think, You need some proportions as well to get a correct flag. On the picture below You'll find the measures in centimetres for the official flag of the 3rd Reich.
The proportions of hight to length are 3:5. The sample below shows the flag's offset version. For the centered version You have to take 55 centimetres instead of 45.

There were also smaller flags with a size of 90 on 135 centimetres with all the other elements downsized proportionally.

For use in 1/35 scale You have to size down the flags accordingly
