| thanks steve, the model is painted in model master acryl colors, British Gulf Armor Lt. Stone for the base, Panzer Schokoladenbraun and then Panzer Olivgrun 1943. the colors came out nice, but my God i need to find a better brand of paint!!! every few seconds my airbrush would get a nice globby clog in the tip, and before i knew what happened it would dislodge in a rush and splat paint all over the model!!! i tried thinning the paint a bit but it would still clog, then it would rush out like water and the force of the airpressure would cause it to spider web!!! agh, thats why the camo bands are so thick, a lot of covering up mistakes, and there are still some that i can see!!!! hopefully weathering will cover them. |
