 Subject:  Gluing vinyl tracks??List thread.

 Date:  Jul 7, 2008
 From:  Edward Hall
I have glued a couple sets of Tamiya vinyl tracks successfully on two Sherman’s which worked real well, I just opened a Tamiya M3 Stuart and the first thing I notice is the “Use a warm screwdriver” to join the tracks. Are these tracks of a different vinyl formula or did I just miss something on the others? Is there anyway to tell which tracks are OK to glue and which has to be cauterized?

Are there any after market tracks for the M3 Stuart?
