Hi Steve........Heres what I did
I sanded the back of the hangers to sink them into the Zimmerit a little.
I then held the Fruil link on the hull to position it as per photos.
I then used my drafting pencil (extending the lead to reach the model through the link) and marked the turret.
I then glued one hanger per link on the turret.
after letting the hanger sit overnight I hung the link on the turret and marked the other hanger location and waited again.
I then drilled out the lower mount and pinned it to the link.
I then hung the links on the turret and glued the lower block in place.
Thats all ther is to it...........And the answer is...NO THEY DID NOT MARK THE LOCATIONS ON THE TURRET. But they did on all the hull fittings.
And thats all I have to say about that.
