The bridal veil stuff is the right track. I found a roll of trim by St.
Louis Trimming , INC. at the Hobby Lobby (a chain) which seems to be the
right scale if you will and the right shape. The only drawback is that is
3/4" wide so you might have to fudge bigger areas. My question is this; I
have noticed this matting held on by what looks like rods welded to the
hull/turret, whatever, by I can't tell if these rods where welded over the
matting or if the matting was tied to the rods after they (the rods) were
welded to the tank.
