Hi Alex,

Seems like we are the only two interested.

Pics are extremely rare. As far as i understand it, it was only under extreme conditions that they put a double wheel on the front. Probably didn't improve the handling of the vehicle.

As far as the usage on the 352 or 353 goes, i can say that the pic i found (and forgot to save) was a 353. Can't find it anywhere now though.

My vehicle will be a 353 without the winch. I read your comment on the resicast axle, but i am saving that one for another project. Yes, already bought that a while ago.

I am considering building a second 353 with double front wheels, without the tracks added. It should not be too hard to use only the kit parts for this. There are 2 spare wheels. If i cut the wheelnuts of with a blade, glue them to the spare wheel and glue this to the front wheel, it should be done. Just thinking about it right now, no real plans yet. I would put the winch on this one.

I have assembled the front wheels and it looks real cool. The truck normally looks high and tough. With the double wheels, it looks more like a pimped buggy. No tracks are added yet.

Would really like to see yours when it's done.
Still hoping for someone to find more pictures.
