Probably. I think there were covers for vehicles that didn't have stowage
racks, like half-tracks, so they could've used them.
Then again, it might have been the same cover. . . I can check if it
matters. The main reason for stowing it on the bustle was to get it out of
the way of the hatches and to lower the silhouette for travel.
