I built the kit... and called Tamiya USA about the "synthetic rubber cement". The phone technician obviously knew nothing
about the product, and after a few minutes said it was just rubber cement. I asked why the use of Rubber Cement for parts
that it would not glue, and he couldn't say. It is some sort of cement that will join dissimilar materials. You use it
to glue the plastic wheel hubs to the metal sprockets (must be removable to unscrew sprockets), to glue the air cleaner
hoses, and to glue the muzzle break light insert in place. I used super glue for most of this...
