I've got to go with this. I am finishing up four figures, and an AFV. All
have been dullcoated, and ALL are shiny. Two of the figures now have THREE
light coats, and they are still shiny!
Here in New York City, this whole month, it's been about the same humidity
as the thickest jungle in Costa Rica!. So, I am going to have to wait until
this weather system passes by.
Oh, brand does not matter. I tried three different ones, same results.
