Hey Zach,

Sorry I can't help with the instructions, but to answer your question: Yes,
I believe all Elephants, everywhere, would have had Zimmerit. It was applied
at the factory as part of the rebuild program when the battered Ferdinands
were being upgraded. The rebuilt (and freshly Zimmerited) Ferdies were
shortly after christened "Elephants".
