You can often straighten out resin parts by placing them in boiling
water anywhere from zero to 60 seconds -- sometimes even longer. It's
not an exact science, the thicker the part the longer you leave it in
the water. However, you don't want to boil the part too long. Boil the
part for a bit, then remove it from the water.
The water will heat up the part and make the resin malleable, allowing
you to straighten out any warps or bends. If the part doesn't want to
bend, then boil some more. Once the part is in the shape you desire, let
it cool.
Once cool a part may sometimes revert back to it's original, warped,
state. If that happens you can try boiling it again. Otherwise contact
the manufacturer or retailer and ask for a replacement part. You
mentioned AA, if you mean Accurate Armour, you'll find they're very easy
to deal with when it comes to getting replacement parts.
