I have had some difficulty getting in touch with R&J once or twice myself. I
think they are sort of a home shop, and when the proprietors go to shows and
so on to sell products they occasionally might take a while to answer.
Once they are back home they offer some of the best service I have had
anywhere though, so it will suite you to persevere. I would advise that you
just repeat your message in a few days.
