I know the feeling - my last set of Form-u-lay casts was less than
spectacular.
I used acrylic modelling paste (can get it at any art store) over 1/4 inch
plywood last building I put together. However, having just finished reading
Roy Porter's "Model Building Masterclass" I'm all full of piss & vinegar to
try some of the new stuff learned there. Like my tank kit collection wasn't
already languishing long enough unattended on the shelves!

caoted it with plaster of paris to achieve a rough looking piece of god
knows what, hopefully with sanding I can turn it back into a nice looking
piece (looked better in foam).

plaster one to one with water and just added plater to thicken it, well, it
thickened alright, I hope to have a generous pile of rubble if it ever
hardens enough to use!

foam structure. Hopefully tommorow I can sand it, Tuesday do the framing of
doors and windows and Wednesday, paint it!
