For the Wiesel there are good photos in various Concord books but the best
book is probably the Military Ordnance Special Number 14 "Waffentrager Wiesel"
from Darlington Productions.
There is excellent detail coverage of the Avenger in issue n°3 of THE
MILITARY MACHINE.
Both publications should be available from the better specialist bookstores.
