Have you taken a look at the AFV Interiors archive site? It has good
photos of the inside of a plain M3. It is quite different than the M3A1
interior in the kit. If you intend to put a complete crew inside, you
can probably get away with just adding the padding on the tranny cover,
replacing the kit ammo storage with a couple of proper sized boxes, add
the shoulder crutch for the 37mm and then adding the interior for the
viewports in the cupola and near the drivers ear. The exterior slots for
these ports will have to be opened up as well as they are noticably deep
on the real thing and only surface scribed lines in the kit. The bodies
of the crew should blot out the rest of the inadequacies of the interior.
