Well, other than the set I scratchbuilt (oi!) S-Models apparently
supplies some with their Sexton II model. If you can get a connection to
the company as opposed to Jadar, perhaps they'll sell you a set or two.
If they will, please let us know as I want a few sets for myself. Make
sure you get the sprocket as well.
You'll need to strip the Pyrene and Methyl Bromide fire extinguishers
from other kits. I think its the Crocodile that has some nice MB ones
and the Universal carrier has reasonable Pyrene extinguishers.
Other than that its a case of putting the British pattern tools in
British pattern places and you're away. THe Skinks were equipped with
two jerrycan racks on the rear face of the hull. These were not the
normal US pattern, but laid the cans over on their backs to keep them
within the height of the rear decking. I think (but can't find the
piccies to prove) that I've also seen this on a couple of late Grizzlys.
Don't forget that the Griz also had the slight indentation in the rear
hull overhang that was a left-over from the cast M3A1 and the Ram hull
castings. If you go to Chris Shilito's Armour in Focus pages and look at
my photos of the Rams at Borden, a rear view should show this
indentation pretty well. The photos also show the CDP track & sprocket.
