Hi Vlad
What kind of building?
There are some wonderful books by Shep Paine about building dioramas,
and well worth getting if you can.
You can buy plaster/ceramic or injection molded plastic kits of
buildings.
If you are working from scratch, then sheets of plastic can be built up
as walls, with supporting structure from basswood and the like. I really
recommend Shep Paine's book for great instructions on doing this!!
And, I think the materials you'd use would vary with the scale.
