Hi Guys,
Okay Christophe I'll stick my neck out. I did write the article and it is in
the next issue of MMiR which I have been told is in the mail even as I
write. They are both excellent kits. The bottom line for me was the Skybow.
The three main reasons are first the turret width on the AFV Club kit is way
too small. The other was the mantlet cover, which the AFV Club of course
does not have. My example of the AFV Club kit also had some bad casting with
several pieces unusable like the rear turret basket. So much for magazines
getting special kits for review.
Cheers,
Jim |
