I don't know if this is any help to you but i just made some canvas rolls to
stick on a Cromwell. I got some muslin rolled it up and soaked it in a
mixture of pva and water after a while it is flexible enough to shape. You
could probably make a canvas canopy this way using a flat sheet and shaping
it to fit.
