Check out David Fletchers' 'British Tanks of WWII' part one for various
shots of post D-Day M4A1's. Don't forget the M1 Dozer was also used by the
British- I havn't seen a British M4A1 with a Dozer, but if anyone else knows
different you could combine the two.
