Hi Andy,
I think what you have done with the tracks of your very nice Panzer III is spot on perfect! Sure, I have seen an occasional panzer with saggy tracks but I would say 90 percent of them look just as you portrayed. In fact, most shermans and T-34's look to be pretty much sag free. The only vehicle I can say really appears to suffer from "CSTS" ( chronic saggy track syndrome) is the Soviet I-S series.
