The PSP kit is all resin......
I think you were thinking of the Trumpeter Chinese transporter?
I think an alternative to lots of casting would be to find some to 'stuff' the flexible rubber tyres. In the dark days when I was into truck (1/24th) modelling this was a common ploy. I have used epoxy in the past (which allows bulging of the tyres), I guess resin would doo too.
