Hello Paul,

If you are after "ready to use" bases, Verlinden, Monroe Perdu and
Precision Models have this type of product. Mig Productions recently
released a small "desert" mini diorama which is suitable for a small
vehicle or light tank (like a Panzer I). Many other manufacturers also
do similar things.

All are 1/35 which is presumably the scale you're working in, if it's
1/72, 1/76 let me know, I can suggest more options.
