These 2 review on Track-Link of Monroe Perdu bases may interest you.

I was certainly impressed by the street corner base which seems to be along
the lines of what you are loking for. They now have a set with a Paris
street scene with book vendors stalls whic looks good in the photos although
I haven't yet seen it in the resin.
