That's a pretty nice kit, and the eduard etched zimmerit set is ok too.
I'm not a huge etched zimmerit fan, but did score quite well at AMPS 02 with a panther and eduard etched zimmerit.
It's harder to simulate battle damage to the etched type and some feel it is too 'regular' a pattern and not rough enough.
But if we're looking at the same sale, it's quite a deal. I'd grab another if I did not already have 4-5 on the shelf.

The vanilla panther goes for almost that price.

Late vs Early G
Late mantlet has a 'chin' at the bottom edge to keep rounds from deflecting off the rounded mantlet and through the hull roof.
There is a crew compartment heater 'tower' over the rt air intake on the rear deck
The exhaust outlets from the hull are different as are the pipes.

The folks over at Missing links have a panther "tweeks list" that talks about dressing this baby up.
