I have made models since 7 months and i have no airbrush so that is the reason i use only brushs:)
At the first im paiting model Humbrol 100 (rust)
and Humbrol 53 (gun metal) - mixed in difrent proportion (I am the student of Academy of Fine Arts
in Gdansk (Danzig) in Poland:) so I used to paintig
without thinking about proportion:) )
Than i mask some parts of the model by Maskol -
kind of silicon - and painting the model Humbrol 94 or 93 (sand) - when surface is dry i remove Mascol
and drybrush the edges of hidden by Mascol parts
Humbrol 100 with little bit of 53 .
I am finishing the model small brush 000 making a
small points of rust :)
That is all - sorry but my English is no good and i know i made many mistakes. I hope tht somebody understand my desription :) |
