With request carrying this over from an other forum: The question of aftermarket gun barrels and their purpose.
Since my motive for replacing a kit gun is getting something more accurate in shape or size in the trade, I would like to see some comparisons with the real thing with any post that recommends a certain brand aftermarket part.
If the kit part is faulty, it is nice to get to know if the possible alternative is not just a seamless and round version of the kit part, or worse.
