Hi Mark,
The Italeri is a rebox of the CMK plastic kit so basically everything that fits the CMK kit will do.
CMK have a number of items :
CMK3008 Volkswagen 87 interior (resin)
CMK3009 Volkswagen 87 engine
Eduard has an Express Mask set :
XT052 Express mask CMK VW Typ 82 (?)
You could also "upgrade" the wheels with wheels from Tamiya latest Kubelwagen kit and use aftermarket wheels on the Kubel (MR Models do some).
